The Cabo del Sol Ocean Golf Course is one of the few courses in the world that merges the desert, the mountains and the sea.
Cabo del Sol is another Jack Nicklaus signature course, this one has 1.5 miles of oceanfront. It is considered by many to be the most challenging in Los Cabos, and even those who don't agree with this statement still say it is beautifully designed and a thrill to play.
Plenty of water features, sand traps and other obstacles make playing interesting. The 4th hole is the longest on the front nine, measuring 568 yards from the championship tee. Holes 6 and 7 are a nice surprise, back-to-back par 3's, that play 190 and 207 yards respectively. A wonderful combination of natural beauty and brilliant architecture, Nicklaus says Cabo del Sol has three of the best ocean finishing holes in the world.
