The Blue Marlin - Air-conditioned restaurant is located atop a cliff in the resort's original section, featuring stained-glass windows, glass ceiling sculptures and a mounted 1,200-pound Blue Marlin. There is a stunning rock waterfall outside. La Palapa is a casual, beachfront, open-air restaurant under a towering thatched-roof. It features a swim-up bar and shows all the top sporting events on TVs.

Finisterra Hotel is located on the southern most tip of the peninsula in Cabo San Lucas, with the Sea of Cortez to the east and the Pacific to the west. Built in two sections, the first and original construction is on a cliff with a magnificent views of the marina, Cabo San Lucas or the gardens. The new addition has a splendid view of Pacific Ocean. The hotel is private and secluded although it's just 5 minutes away from center and 35 minutes away from Los Cabos International Airport.
