With regards to dining, the Pueblo Bonito Rose Resort and Spa really does have you covered, offering fantastic options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In total there are two restaurants located on site, however if you'd prefer to dine in the comfort of your suite then simply order room service, which is available 24 hours a day.
Fellini's Ristorante

Fellini's Ristorante is the main restaurant at the Pueblo Bonito Rose Resort and Spa. They have a great selection of dishes, predominantly featuring Italian cuisine and seafood, such as thin crust pizzas, risottos and pastas. You can dine inside or al fresco on the elegantly decorated terrace.
Dress code is semi-formal, which means dress shorts with casual shoes are accepted. Children under the age of eight are not permitted.

Mare Nostrum

The great thing about dining at Mare Nostrum is that each day something different is served. They have a selection of theme nights from Monday to Friday with cuisine to match, along with live bands and fantastic views of the Sea of Cortez.
