"Muy buena ubicación se puede ir a cualquier playa o a la marina tomando una ruta que cobra 10 pesos.El personal es muy amable y tratan igual a mexicanos que a extranjeros que por lo visto son mayoría.Las obras de teatro que hacen en la noche son muy buenas y se disfruta más por ser al aire libre.Muy recomendable además el hotel es muy bonito."

"Ojalá que tuvieran servicio a la habitación (con propina claro jejej).Hace falta que den información gratuita sobre lugares a los que se puede visitar, si tener que preguntarla. Poner mas reglas sobre el ruido en la madrugada para que en las habitaciones no hagan tanto ruido, me toco de vecinos muy ruidosos."

"My friends and I went to Riu santa fe in los Cabos we stayed there for 4 nights, we has 3 different room, someone broke in during the first night and stole chash from a purse, then the last night someone did exactly the same but in other room and this time they stole money from 3 purses and an iphod!!! We complained about it and the only thing they told us was that we were wrong and it was impossible!! So they called us liayers!!!!! Was such a bad experience if you go there be sure that you'll come back with no money!!! Or iphod or nothing"

"Al llegar al sta. Fe , tal vez por exceso de grupos me ofrecieron pasarme al riu palace con el mismo paquete lo cual acepte con mucho gusto. Ya que tenia mas servicios, y me la pase muy bien. Gracias.lo mejor del hotel es el trato del personal de todo el personal todos te sonríen .y eso es muy gratificante para mi familia."
