Los Cabos Transportation

Epic Group offers 3 kind of services available from the airport to any hotel in Los Cabos, Cabo San Lucas and its surroundings. All our vehicles are air conditioned and new models.

Shuttle: Other people arriving at the same time and requiring their transportation to a hotel close to yours will share transportation with you. Our waiting times are very short as our vehicles are always available at the airport. Private Suburban: Our Private Suburban service takes you directly to your hotel using a vehicle Suburban with a maximum capacity of 5 persons. It is the best option if you are traveling with family. You will not have to share your vehicle with other people and there are no extra stops or waiting times with this personalized service. Private Van: Also our Private Van service takes you directly to your hotel, but using a vehicle Van with a maximum capacity of 9 persons. It is the best option if you are traveling with a big family or a small group. Again this service is personalized and there are no extra stops or waiting times. What happens once you arrive? Before you leave the aircraft check for all personal belongings on the plane. Please have your customs declaration, passport and tourist card (immigration form) readily available for the local officials. Please note that customs procedures can take between 5 or 45 minutes depending on how many people are waiting in line. Please do not worry, we know this! …and will be waiting for you outside the Arrival Gate. The shuttle waits only 20 minutes after your arrival. Before exiting the terminal time share vendors will approach you. Please don’t speak to them, show any interest or your travel documents. Exit the building through the group arrival doors where you will find your Epic Group representative holding a sign. Our staff at the airport will monitor your flight to ensure that your shuttle will be ready whenever you arrive. You will never have to worry if your flight is delayed or arriving ahead of schedule. We will know! … and most important: we will be waiting for you at whatever time your flight arrives. Once you contacted our staff at the airport please present the confirmation voucher together with valid photo identification. You will then also be given the exact time of your pick-up on your departing date, should you have reserved a round trip transfer. Please reserve at least 2 days in advance. A minimum of 2 passengers does apply per reservation. IMPORTANT: Please note our service is not available to / from these two hotels: Club Cascadas and Marina Fiesta.
