Eco Adventures in Los Cabos

It's no secret that the world has changed and the interests and needs of travelers have changed with it. Los Cabos TourFor those of you who want to have a unique eco-adventure during you vacation to Los Cabos, the 4x4 Desert Safari is definitely worth experiencing. In total you'll spend incredible four hours exploring the desert, learning all about the indigenous flora and fauna. You'll get to visit with a local family, where you'll have the chance to try a few traditional Mexican specialties, including handmade tortillas. On the way back you'll also have the chance to sample Mexico's national drink, tequila!

Snorkeling is a great way to learn about the different species of fish that live on the reef, and the dolphin programs in Los Cabos really are second to none. Probably one of the most rewarding activities to participate in has to be the Turtle Release Program, where you will have the chance to adopt a baby turtle, and then ensure its safe release into the ocean.

Los Cabos Zip LiningIf you are one of those people that needs a rush of adrenalin during your vacation then why not pay a visit to the eco-park Wild Canyon. Spanning a breathtaking canyon, they have a total of ten zip lines, which are sure to get your blood racing. You'll feel like a bird as you zip along the wind in your face and the desert floor far below. There are also incredible eco-systems to discover during your time at the park, which only adds to this already amazing adventure.

Some people feel the need to go to far off islands or the remotest regions of the world to get their eco-fix. However, there are plenty of fascinating sights to see and things to do right here in Los Cabos. There are rich and diverse eco-systems filled with an abundance of animal and plant life right outside your hotel, all just waiting to be discovered by anyone with the intrigue to look.
